Refund & Cancellation Policy

What happens if you cancel, and when a fee is refundable.

Draft. This policy is an outline awaiting legal review and is not yet binding. For any question about a fee or a cancellation, contact support@ceoproperty.com.

Sourcing / packaging fees

A sourcing fee becomes payable once a deal you've been introduced to completes. It is never collected in advance of an introduction, and never guarantees a specific return.

Viewing / valuation-style callouts

If a paid viewing visit is cancelled with reasonable notice before the visit, it's refunded in full. Cancelling after a viewer has already travelled or begun the visit is non-refundable, since the work has been done.

Subscription-style charges

No subscription is charged today. If one is introduced, this section will state the cancellation notice period and whether part-months are refunded, before it goes live.

Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Where you're a consumer and these regulations apply, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period on a service booked at a distance. Requesting we start before that period ends may affect what's refundable, and we'll always tell you this before you confirm.

Disputed charges

Contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most billing questions are resolved faster directly, and a chargeback can delay work already in progress on your account.

How refunds are paid

Any refund due is returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 working days of the decision to refund.
