What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, phone, role), information you submit about properties and deals, verification documents for viewer and scouter applications, and usage data generated as you use the platform.

Why we hold it

To operate your account, match you to deals and assignments, verify viewers and scouters, process payouts, and meet our legal obligations.

Public-record data

The platform queries public UK registers — HM Land Registry, planning authorities, the Environment Agency and police.uk — about properties, not about you. That data concerns addresses, not individuals.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process payments and store files on our behalf, and other platform users only where you choose to share it, such as inside a deal room.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
